You'll lead Dev.Pro's delivery operations, ensure exceptional service, and support business growth across several major client accounts in industries such as FinTech, Retail, and Hospitality.

10+ years of project and program management in software product or IT (application management)Experience managing + people and $M annual budgets across teams and projectsLeadership, change advocacy, and effective communication, including executive interaction skillsExperience hiring, developing, and retaining technical and managerial talentStrategic thinking, decision-making, and accountability7+ years managing outsourced engineering or IT service delivery to external clientsAdvanced knowledge of SDLC and project managementOperational management of delivery services to achieve CSAT and profitability targetsKnowledge of delivery metrics (profitability, utilization, customer satisfaction, quality)Process design and optimization with experience building systems from scratchPre-sales participation and strategic stakeholder engagementExperience supporting upselling to new and existing accounts through proactive proposalsFinancial management and strategic planning skillsCreativity, initiative, and problem-solving with a structured approach to operations and deliveryDesirable:Experience in Retail, Hospitality, or FinTechCertifications such as PMP, SAFe, or ITILWorking knowledge of cloud computing, data management, and full-stack engineeringSoftware engineering background with practical development experienceExperience in software product companies (ISVs), managing large enterprise accounts and distributed, multinational teamsTalent development experience, including mentoring managers and building mature teams
