Job Description

Misión del puesto: Liderar el negocio de soluciones complejas de ensamble para los mercados de General Industry, garantizando un crecimiento acelerado y rentable, teniendo en cuenta el aumento de la participación de mercado.

Principales responsabilidades:

- Promover actividades estratégicas con el equipo de ventas, con el objetivo de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Ser responsable del lanzamiento de productos en el mercado sudamericano, con foco en las necesidades comerciales de la Industria General.
- Definir la estrategia de posicionamiento de precios de los productos mediante el análisis de mercado y competencia.
- Realizar el mapeo y la definición de la estrategia para los clientes dentro de su segmento de responsabilidad.
- Evaluar periódicamente las brechas de conocimiento sobre los productos y las necesidades de capacitación de las áreas relacionadas con ventas, coordinando los entrenamientos según las necesidades específicas de cada área.
- Garantizar que el equipo de ventas cuente con los recursos adecuados, el conocimiento y el soporte necesarios para realizar demostraciones como una de sus principales actividades.
- Seguir y mantener activo el proceso de ventas de Atlas Copco (SPS 3.0) y sus actividades diarias.
- Brindar soporte técnico y estratégico a los equipos de ventas para garantizar la mejor oferta de productos para cada aplicación.
- Planificar y ejecutar un cronograma anual (Road Map) de actividades relacionadas con sus productos y segmentos, de acuerdo con la estrategia de la línea de negocio.




- Realizar pruebas y demostraciones de productos y herramientas ante clientes y el equipo técnico-comercial, comprobando su eficiencia y correcto funcionamiento.

Educación:

- Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Electromecánica, Lic. En Organización Industrial o afines.

Otros conocimientos

- Ingles Avanzado (excluyente)
- Portugués Intermedio (Ideal)
