Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including standard work, policy and process excellence, and governance across regions. You will partner with HR Shared Services, Centers of Excellence, IT, and Legal to ensure scalable, compliant processes and data integrity. The role is remote in LATAM with a focus on general collaboration, transformation programs, and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools.
