Hoop Stars is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing and ecommerce growth across Hoop Stars and its parent brands. You will own the business plan, budgets, revenue, profitability, and drive paid acquisition, optimization, and retention while ensuring service quality.
This is a full-time remote role from LATAM with Toronto-hours. You will build and manage the parent marketing team, recruit specialists, guide agencies, and report weekly.
