The opportunityWe are looking for experienced Executive Assistants who do much more than complete assigned tasks.
You anticipate needs, protect the executive’s time, solve problems independently, and bring structure to fast-moving environments. You are equally comfortable coordinating a complex business trip, preparing an executive for an important meeting, handling sensitive personal logistics, or finding a better way to organize recurring work.




This role may combine business and personal support, depending on the executive. You will be matched based on your experience, working style, availability, and strengths.

What you may be responsible for• Managing complex calendars, inboxes, priorities, and scheduling
• Organizing domestic and international travel, including contingency planning
• Preparing meetings, agendas, documents, and follow-up actions
• Coordinating projects and ensuring commitments do not fall through the cracks
• Conducting research and presenting concise recommendations
• Managing vendors, expenses, documents, and administrative processes
• Supporting selected personal logistics and appointments
• Anticipating problems and resolving them before they reach the executive
• Handling confidential information with absolute discretion
• Using AI and modern productivity tools to work faster and more effectively while carefully verifyi
