With a general, remote workforce of over 200 professionals, TLI is seeking a results-driven, highly analytical Head of Digital Marketing.
As Head of Digital Marketing, you will serve as the executive driver of TLI’s overall growth strategy across all marketing verticals. You will bridge the gap between high-level vision and execution, taking complete ownership of customer acquisition, retention, funnel optimization, brand reputation, and revenue expansion. You will lead an international marketing team while diving deep into operational details to ensure maximum ROI and sustainable revenue growth.
Role Description The Head of Digital Marketing is a remote, fulltime contract role responsible for leading digital marketing strategy and optimizing conversion across all key markets. In this position,



the individual will design and execute global digital campaigns, oversee performance marketing initiatives, and manage funnel optimization from acquisition through retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing data to improve conversion rates, coordinating with regional teams on international marketing plans, and aligning digital activities with overall business and sales objectives. The role also involves setting clear KPIs, managing budgets, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring consistent brand presence across web, social, search, and other digital platforms. The individual will continuously test and refine campaigns, implement best practices, and provide regular performance reporting to leadership.
