About the Role
We are seeking Bilingual Medical Patient Services Coordinators to provide remote front-desk and patient communication support to U.S.-based medical practices. You will be responsible for assisting patients through phone calls, emails, and messages, coordinating appointments, confirming insurance eligibility, and maintaining accurate patient information. As an important point of contact between patients and healthcare providers, you will help ensure that daily administrative activities run smoothly and that patients receive professional, friendly, and timely assistance.
