Job Summary
Enterprise Technology is a global organization that delivers reliable, secure and resilient technology services and solutions to enable an exceptional technology experience for EY people. As part of the Enterprise Technology Risk & Compliance (ETRC) team, the Policy & Standards Analyst will support the policy and standards governance and enablement capability. Reporting to the Policy & Standards Enablement Lead, this role will help maintain ET policies,
standards and guidance; support alignment with enterprise requirements; and coordinate communications, education, adoption and compliance monitoring activities across the technology landscape.
Responsibilities
The Policy & Standards Analyst will support the day-to‑day execution of technology policy, standards and compliance enablement activities under the direction of the Policy & Standards Enablement Lead.
Key responsibilities include
- Support the ET policy and standards governance process, including document maintenance, review cycles, approvals, publication and governance reporting.
- Coordinate with Information Security, Risk Management, Legal, Privacy and Service Quality Management stakeholders to support alignment of ET policies and standards with enterprise requirements.
- Research and summarize emerging regulatory, compliance and risk requirements and support the development of tech
