TransPerfect is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to support and continuously improve our General Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and international standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 17100.

Position responsibilities:

- Conduct internal, customer, supplier, and compliance audits.
- Coordinate customer audits, regulatory inspections, and auditor communications.
- Manage audit findings, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and follow-up activities.
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of QA programs, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze audit data, identify trends and root causes, and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of audit findings and maintain quality standards.

Essential skills and experience required:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience with international standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 17100, ISO 27001, and/or other relevant frameworks.
- Experience overseeing sponsor audits, internal audits, and/or regulatory inspections.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance, CAPA, change control, deviation management, complaint handling, and regulatory compliance.




- At least two years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, including QA-related audits, clinical study documentation, and eClinical technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and audits simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and committed to quality and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adhering to customer and company quality requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desired skills and experience:

- QA experience in regulated industries, such as Finance, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, CROs, Medical Devices, or Investigative Sites.
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and other quality methodologies.
- Lead Auditor certification in relevant ISO standards, such as ISO 9001 or ISO 27001.
- Knowledge of clinical development phases and processes, including ICH E6, 21 CFR Part 11, and GxP requirements.
- Experience training employees on QA standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
- Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
