Bookkeeper - General Application (Argentina-Based Candidates Only) Remote (Argentina) Full Time Accounting & Finance What we are looking for We are seeking an Appfolio/Yardi Bookkeeper to join our team and assist with various bookkeeping and accounting tasks for our clients. Job duties Assist with monthly bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Support client communication and inquiries under the guidance of senior bookkeepers Contribute to the month-end closing process and report generation Assist with new property set-ups, move-outs, owner draws, and management fees Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance At least 1 year of experience working with AppFolio and/or Yardi (mandatory) At least 1 year of experience in real estate accounting/finance,
ideally at an accounting firm working on real estate clients or directly at a real estate investment/development company Solid understanding of real estate accounting principles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Spanish) Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate accounting field Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools (Slack, Clickup, Workspace) Location and schedule This is a virtual (remote), full-time role available only to candidates located in Argentina The position requires availability Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST About REA At REA, we're a fast-growing, technology-driven accounting company dedicated exclusively to the real estate industry.
