Kitty Spout is seeking a Creative Strategist for paid ads to transform insights into high-converting concepts. You will own the creative testing loop across ecommerce accounts, shaping strategy and content that scales across Meta, Tik Tok, and other paid channels. This is a fully remote, full-time role for US/Canada-based candidates who blend creative instinct with performance thinking.

You'll collaborate with creators, editors, designers, and account managers to drive measurable results.
