Located in the mountains of Southern Vermont near Bromley, Stratton and Magic Mountain, Seesaw’s is a historic inn and restaurant known for great food, warm hospitality and a lively Vermont atmosphere.We’re looking for someone who loves cooking, works hard, is dependable and wants to be part of a strong kitchen team. Housing may be available for the right candidate, and for someone with the right experience, leadership skills and work ethic, there is potential to step into a Sous Chef role.What You’ll Do- Prepare and execute menu items consistently and to our standards- Work a station efficiently during busy dinner services- Complete daily prep and maintain proper mise en place- Follow recipes, portioning and presentation standards- Maintain a clean,
