Support accurate billing, payroll or collections workflows, with careful reconciliation and exception handling.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain billing, payroll or collections records in your selected track.
• Check amounts and supporting information before processing.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections or follow-up.




• Track deadlines and prepare clear status updates.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with billing, payroll, collections, accounting and spreadsheet systems.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.

Nice-to-Haves
Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity.
