Role Overview:
This hands-on role combines technical troubleshooting, automation, QA, and campaign operations. You'll resolve integration issues, build automations, support partner onboarding, and ensure marketing campaigns and operational workflows run smoothly.

We're looking for a proactive problem-solver who can independently manage technical challenges, improve processes, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Operations & Automation

- Troubleshoot issues across CRMs, APIs, webhooks, integrations, logs, and databases, including GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Investigate data discrepancies, tracking failures, broken automations, and synchronization issues.
- Build and maintain automations using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Use SQL and MongoDB to investigate and resolve data issues.
- Develop automated QA/testing workflows to ensure system reliability and data accuracy.
- Identify root causes and implement permanent solutions to recurring technical problems.

Marketing & Partner Operations

- Coordinate technical onboarding, integrations, and campaign launches for affiliate partners and traffic sources.
- Manage campaign configurations, tracking implementations, payout updates, and lead delivery systems.
- Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, integration failures, and campaign-related technical issues.
- Oversee creative approval workflows, coordinating submissions, feedback, revisions, and approvals.
- Collaborate with marketing, affiliate, and external partner teams to resolve operational roadblocks.

Process Improvement

- Build and optimize SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and internal reporting systems.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline troubleshooting, coding, testing,



and repetitive operational tasks.
- Identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and proactively prevent operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in technical operations, technical support, automation engineering, QA automation, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience building automations and integrations between multiple systems.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience querying and troubleshooting databases using SQL; MongoDB experience preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting CRMs and business systems; GoHighLevel (GHL) is a strong plus.
- Experience with automated QA/testing workflows, root-cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to support non-technical teams and independently resolve technical issues.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Nice to Have

- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as TUNE or Everflow.
- Familiarity with performance marketing, lead generation, ping/post integrations, pixels, and campaign tracking.
- Experience with marketing operations, affiliate partnerships, or creative approval workflows.
- Experience integrating payment systems, customer support platforms, or other business applications.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub, CI/CD, and workflow automation tools.
- Experience building dashboards or internal tools for business teams.
