Digital Executive seeks a Technical Project Manager - Data Center (Remote) to own client engagements across hardware deployment, cabling, power/cooling, and remote hands. You will manage the full ticket lifecycle in ITSM tools, coordinate multi‑workstream projects, and ensure on‑time, within-budget delivery.

You will also guide junior technicians, maintain SOPs, and develop processes to reduce churn while expanding account scope, all within a remote-capable, client‑facing role.
