BloomX is looking for a hands‑on Operations Manager in Peru to lead end‑to‑end project execution, field operations, and post‑sale customer support. You will oversee project delivery, logistics, technical and agronomic onboarding, and ongoing customer relationships, working closely with BloomX’s local partner in Peru and HQ teams in Israel.

Open to candidates outside of Peru under relocation terms.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Field Operations: Own project execution from contract signing through delivery, including timelines, KPIs, equipment deployment, and on‑site supervision.

Logistics & Supply Chain: Manage local inventory, equipment transportation, and operational readiness across customer sites.

- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate local field technicians and operational staff.
- Customer Success: Serve as the primary operational contact for growers, ensuring successful onboarding, training, technical support, and long‑term satisfaction.
- Technical & Agronomic Support: Troubleshoot field issues, monitor system performance,



and support effective technology implementation.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work closely with the local business partner and BloomX’s agronomy, R&D;, product, logistics, and sales teams in Israel.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or higher.
- Proven experience in technical operations, logistics, and project management .
- Experience managing field teams or technical personnel.
- Experience working in international or cross‑cultural environments.
- Fluent Spanish and professional English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel extensively and work hands‑on in agricultural fields across Peru.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Sciences.
- Experience in AgTech or agricultural field operations.
- Previous experience working with Israeli companies.
