Marketing Coordinator | Regulated DTC Consumer Brand

Our client is a small, founder-led consumer brand based in Austin, TX, that makes a regulated nicotine product (tobacco-free pouches) and sells it direct-to-consumer in the UK. Because Meta, Google, and TikTok all prohibit nicotine advertising, there is no ad budget this company can spend to buy growth - every channel that's left (search, owned email and SMS, subscription retention, referral, retail and trade, athlete and podcast partnerships, field sampling) has to be built and wired together by hand. Your Role:

This is a hands-on marketing generalist role for someone who likes building things, not just planning them. Part of your week goes to using AI tools like Claude Code to connect systems, clean up lists, and automate repetitive work. The rest goes to running campaigns with the sales, field, and partnerships teams. You'll work directly with the two founders, with plenty of ownership and visibility.

Success looks like:
- An outreach process for retail and partners that mostly runs on its own
- A field team that has what it needs and gets better each round
- Search, email, retention, and referral programs driving steady growth
- Numbers the whole team can trust
