Proofpoint in Córdoba, Argentina is seeking a highly technical Tier 2/3 Technical Support Engineer to help enterprise customers troubleshoot complex platform, infrastructure, and deployment issues while working remotely with U.S. East Coast hours.
You will reproduce environments, manage tickets, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Customer Success to drive resolutions. LATAM-based candidates and a fully remote schedule with cloud/Kubernetes focus will be supported.
