Overseas is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to own the US books, AP/AR, general payroll, and HR administration for a fast-moving AI-native platform. You’ll manage monthly accounting in Puzzle, vendor payments in Brex, invoicing in Chargebee, and payroll in Rippling, while supporting HR onboarding for US and international staff.
You’ll work remotely with at least 6 hours of overlap with US Pacific Time, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting across jurisdictions.
