We are looking for a motivated and results-driven VIP Account Manager to join our VIP Department. The idóneo candidate must have an established client base in LATAM and proven experience managing high-value clients in the Forex/CFD industry, with a strong focus on building relationships,



driving client activity, and delivering premium service.
Tasks
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools;
- Promote company products and services to high-value clients;
- Apply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers;
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention;
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor;
- Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement;
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese;
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field;
