Stryde is seeking a Technical Support Engineer, PACS to act as the first line of contact for healthcare IT users. You will troubleshoot and resolve incidents, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain high service quality across PACS/RIS and related systems.
You will handle customer inquiries, update ticketing records, and contribute to improvements in processes and documentation. Prior experience in radiology IT is required.
