By providing solopreneurs and small teams access to nationwide PPO networks and AI-powered concierge support, this company transforms healthcare from a personal burden into a strategic business decision. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the engine of the growth engine. Your mission is to engage self-employed prospects across the U.S., overcome traditional insurance objections, and build a high-velocity pipeline for a team of licensed agents. This is a high-impact,



offshore role designed for a cold-calling expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by a performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute a high volume of outbound activity, maintaining a minimum of 100 dials per day
- Prospect and qualify self-employed individuals and solopreneurs through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage calendars and schedule qualified appointments for US-licensed agents
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly targets for "qualified meetings held."
- Navigate complex objections regarding health insurance and medical coverage
- Participate in daily team dial blocks and live coaching sessions to sharpen sales tactics
- Maintain meticulous records in the CRM to ensure seamless hand-offs to the closing team
- Contribute to a collective Q4 team goal of 250 closed sales through high-quality pipeline generation
