Pepper is seeking an experienced engineer to own the agent runtime, building systems that let a personal finance agent operate safely, reliably, and verifiably in production. You will manage memory, context assembly, state management, tool integration, and boundaries for secure execution.
You will design deterministic replay, implement telemetry, and ensure recoveries work in production, with human-in-the-loop reviews for high-stakes actions. This on-site role is based at our Del Valle HQ.
