AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Engineer to build and maintain pipelines and data models for a centralized HR data warehouse. You will work with Snowflake, DBT, Python, and Airflow to design semantic layers consumable by BI tools and AI agents.
The role emphasizes secure handling of large-scale data, real-time processing, and integration with Snowflake Cortex or MCP-based tooling. You will contribute to data quality, uptime, and semantic modeling across CORE → SEMANTIC → METRICS layers.
