About The Role
They are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Real Estate Analyst who will play a dual role in financial analysis and deal material creation. This position is adecuado for someone who understands the language of real estate - BOVs, OMs, and offering decks - and can translate complex property and market data into polished, investor-ready materials.
KPI's
- Prepare Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), Offering Memorandums (OMs),
and property marketing decks
Analyze market data, comparable sales, rent rolls, and financial models to inform deal presentations.
- Synthesize insights into visually compelling, investor-friendly layouts and be quick to adopt in-house technology.
- Leverage AI tools and data systems to streamline the preparation of property summaries and offering materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, brokers, and marketing leads to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Continuously improve workflows and presentation standards to align with U.S. commercial real estate market expectations.
Qualifications Required
- 1.5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, financial analysis, or marketing roles involving deal presentation materials.
- Previous in person or remote experience working for a US based company is required
