About the role

Zenit Corp is an ecommerce group operating print-on-demand businesses. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take responsibility for day-to-day execution, lead the operational team and improve how work moves through the business.

Your mission is to turn the CEO’s objectives into clear plans and completed results. You will work directly with the CEO, agree on priorities and decision-making boundaries, and take ownership of execution within them. This is a hands-on role: you will lead people, resolve problems and personally move work forward when needed.

What you will ownExecution planning and team leadership

- Build execution plans from business objectives, with owners, deadlines, dependencies and expected outcomes.
- Set priorities across the team, delegate clearly and follow through until commitments are completed. Adjust plans when circumstances change.
- Give direction and feedback, remove blockers and address gaps in execution rather than allowing work to stall.
- Help recruit and onboard operational team members, clarify responsibilities and make sure they understand the processes they will use.

Order flow and provider coordination
- Coordinate customer support, illustration and design, production, fulfillment and external providers across the order journey.
- Make sure each handoff has the information, owner and next step needed to keep orders moving and resolve customer issues.
- Own the resolution of provider delays and quality issues, agree on corrective actions and verify that the problem is resolved.

Processes and operational improvement

- Review existing SOPs and operating guides, identify unclear or inefficient steps, and update documentation as workflows change.
- Investigate recurring errors and bottlenecks, implement practical improvements and verify that the team adopts them.
- Identify opportunities to simplify or automate repetitive work, including appropriate uses of AI.



Check accuracy and reliability before making changes part of the process.

Performance, quality and risk
- Define useful indicators for the areas you oversee and use them to review execution quality and progress against agreed objectives.
- Detect risks, delays and capacity constraints early, decide what needs attention first and track corrective actions to completion.
- Give the CEO a concise view of progress, risks and decisions needed. Escalate issues outside your authority with context and a recommendation.

What success looks like

- Priorities move from objectives to completed deliverables, with clear ownership and fewer unresolved dependencies.
- Recurring operational problems lead to lasting process improvements, rather than the same issue being addressed repeatedly.
- The CEO stays informed and can focus on business priorities without having to manage daily follow-up.

Required experience and skills

- Experience owning a comparable operation end to end and leading a team across multiple functions.
- Examples of plans you created, decisions you made and operational problems you resolved, with evidence of the results.
- Practical experience using operational data, improving processes and holding people accountable for commitments.
- Sound judgment when priorities compete, clear communication and willingness to combine management with detailed execution.
- Operational English at B2 level or above for suppliers, tools and documentation.

Valuable additional experience

- Ecommerce or print-on-demand operations. We also consider other sectors where responsibility and operational complexity are comparable.
- Using automation or AI tools to improve operational workflows.
- Spanish communication skills. Our team works primarily in Spanish, so Spanish is preferred; we also consider candidates who work in English.

Up to $40,000 annually USD 2,500 fixed per month, plus an annual bonus of up to USD 10,000, conditional on meeting objectives. Maximum annual compensation is USD 40,000 if the full bonus is earned.
