We are hiring our next Full-time Short-Form Video Editor to join our team! You will watch long-form content, identify viral hooks and moments, and edit them to go viral.

What you’ll do

- Watch long-form podcasts and YouTube videos and pick the best hooks, stories and moments to turn into multiple short-form clips and edit them to fit the client’s brand style.
- Edit for a set group of clients that you will own.
- Deliver content on daily deadlines.
- Implement feedback and revisions from our internal team and clients.
- Bring new ideas to the team and always look for ways to improve your clips.

You must:

- Have 2+ years editing short-form for social media, with a portfolio of social clips (do not apply if you do not have experience editing clips for social media)
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (DO NOT apply if you use CapCut only)




- Fluent spoken and written English.
- A computer that can handle editing a high volume of content.
- Reliable and fast internet connection.
- Be looking for a long-term career opportunity (not a short-term project).
- Have a strong eye for identifying hooks and compelling moments from long-form content.

This role IS NOT for you if:

- You want another freelance client. We’re hiring full-time team members!
- You’re not confident watching YouTube videos/podcasts to find the best moments to turn into clips and you need to be given timestamps or direction.
- You have less than 2 years of editing experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,507,906.94 - $1,809,488.32 per month
