Support Your App is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to troubleshoot backend, databases, and cross-system integrations, including code-reading and production data queries. You will reproduce issues across web, mobile, and APIs, analyze logs, and implement small fixes while escalating complex problems with clear documentation.

You should have excellent English (C1+), strong troubleshooting, and customer-facing experience, plus familiarity with PHP, Java Script/Type Script, AWS, Sentry, and Grafana.
