In this role, you will work closely with the Controller to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Enterprise, and support monthly close processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Bookkeeping: Record bills, invoices, payments, and general financial transactions accurately.Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor payments, review supporting documentation, and maintain up-to-date AP records.Accounts Receivable (AR):



Assist with AR activities and perform necessary follow-ups.Reconciliations: Perform daily/monthly bank and credit card reconciliations; identify and resolve discrepancies.Month-End Close: Support the Controller with the monthly accounting close, basic journal entries, and financial reconciliations.System Maintenance: Maintain accurate and timely accounting records within QuickBooks Enterprise.Compliance & Coding: Ensure all transactions are properly coded, supported by documentation, and aligned with company standards.Ad-Hoc Support: Assist the Controller with financial reporting, ad-hoc tasks, and audit/information requests.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA track or completed degree).
Experience: 1 – 2 years of hands-on accounting experience (experience in professional services firms is highly desirable).
Software: Proven proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise Suite is mandatory.Languages: Advanced / Fluent English (written and spoken).
