SupportYourApp is seeking a skilled T3 Support Engineer to join our general, multilingual team. You will investigate complex issues, read code and logs, and collaborate with Engineering to deliver fast, reliable fixes.
You will work in a fully remote setup, primarily from the EU, with a fixed night shift schedule and USD compensation. Strong SQL, backend troubleshooting, and cloud familiarity are essential for success.
