Hultgren Law Seeks Remote Receptionist (Spanish & English)

Hultgren Law, a boutique US-based immigration law firm, seeks a detail-oriented and organized Remote Receptionist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Phone Management: Professionally handle incoming calls, providing accurate information and transferring calls to appropriate team members.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments for attorneys and clients, ensuring efficient time management.
- Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Data Entry: Accurately input client information and other relevant data into our database and log all calls.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a receptionist in an office setting.
- Professional Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English with excellent communication skills in both languages (written and verbal).
- Portuguese Preferred: Fluency in Portuguese is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent Communication:



Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organization & Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Customer Service Focus: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients.
- Education: Technical studies or a bachelor's degree preferred.

Bonus Points:

- Proficiency in Portuguese.
- Experience with Docketwise legal case management software.
