SupportYourApp is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to join our integral team and work from home in a multilingual environment. You will troubleshoot backend, databases, and cross-system integrations, reproduce bugs, analyze logs, and implement small fixes while documenting findings.
Excellent English skills and strong SQL are essential. Experience with AWS, Sentry, Grafana, GraphQL, and REST API debugging is highly valued.
