Media.Monks is a digital-first marketing and advertising services company. This Network Analyst role involves managing networking infrastructure (Internet, LAN, routing, VPNs, Firewalls, Wi‑Fi) for Media.Monks sites across LATAM.

What You'll Do

- Administer network assets across LATAM locations
- Prepare and deploy network changes
- Automate operational and maintenance work to reduce manual effort
- Monitor, analyze, and report metrics on network service performance

What You Need

- Relevant certifications in network and firewall technology
- Deep knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Routing and Routed Protocols (OSPF, BGP)
- Epic network troubleshooting skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience with network monitoring tools (Zabbix preferred)
- Security knowledge
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Intermediate Linux experience

Nice to Have

- Fortinet NSE 4, 5, 7 certifications or equivalent
- Zabbix network monitoring tool experience
- Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge
