We're looking for a Contractor Engagement Partner who will take ownership of managing incoming client requests for contractor and subcontractor roles, overseeing the process from initial demand through to final placement. This position bridges the recruitment team, contracting/vendor partners, and client-side stakeholders, making sure every contractor requirement is clearly defined, appropriately priced, checked for contractual compliance, and directed efficiently — with this person serving as the sole accountable owner throughout the entire demand-to-fulfillment process.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary contact for new client requests that may call for a contractor or subcontractor instead of a full-time hireGather and refine details on role requirements, skills, timelines, and location/region constraints by working directly with requesting Demand Owners and/or the Demand CoordinatorConnect with stakeholders submitting demand to understand the underlying business need and determine whether a contractor arrangement makes senseCommunicate timeline expectations, rate ranges, and contracting procedures to both internal teams and client-facing stakeholdersLiaise with the Admin office on tasks such as onboarding new agencies, extending contracts, clearing backlogs, or removing blockers to prevent revenue lossPass along demand details to the recruitment team in a clear manner, including rate information and other relevant specificsAddress any TA questions concerning engagement models, agency usage,
