We are looking for a hands‑on, driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our North America region, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and other Go-To-Market (GTM) functions.

In this role, you will take ownership of assigned recruitment pipelines—from initial hiring manager alignment through to offer rollout. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who has built a strong sourcing and screening foundation and is ready to independently drive search processes while making a direct impact on our regional growth.

100% Remote ( Latam based)

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive recruitment timelines.
- Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using Linked In Recruiter and other targeted channels.
- Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process,



ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Manage ATS data integrity (including ADP), track candidate progress, and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing strategies.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of hands‑on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast‑paced corporate environments.
- Proven track record of owning recruitment processes from candidate outreach through screening and offer stage.
- Hands‑on expertise in direct talent sourcing via Linked In Recruiter is required.
- Strong experience conducting initial candidate screening and behavioural evaluation conversations.
- Solid communication and candidate assessment skills, with sound professional judgment.
- Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles – Strong Advantage.
- Hands‑on experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ADP.
- Strong organisational skills, self‑motivation, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment
