YouTube Rainmakers
Argentina
Location requirement: Argentina only
This is a remote position for candidates currently residing in Argentina who will perform the role from Argentina. Applicants based outside Argentina will not be considered.
Strong English proficiency and overlap with U.S. Central business hours are required.
The role
You will own campaign strategy, setup, daily oversight, testing, optimization, and performance reporting for an initial portfolio of approximately 3–5 law firm accounts.
Meta and YouTube advertising are the primary responsibilities. Proven results on both platforms are required. You must also have hands-on Google Search experience and understand when each channel fits a client’s goals, market, and budget.
Campaigns will launch in stages based on client readiness and strategy. Account volume will increase as we validate results, delivery capacity, and repeatable processes.
What you will own
- Build acquisition strategies around each client’s practice area, geography, budget, and definition of a qualified lead.
- Launch and manage Meta and YouTube campaigns, including campaign structure, conversion goals, targeting, exclusions, bidding, budgets, and remarketing where appropriate.
- Manage Google Search campaigns, including keyword research, match types, negative keywords, search-term reviews, geographic settings, and budget allocation.
- Develop creative testing plans and give our writers, editors, and designers specific briefs for hooks, offers, messaging, calls to action, and video variations.
- Review lead quality with our team and client intake teams. Identify whether performance problems originate in advertising, landing pages, tracking, or follow-up.
- Monitor spending and account health. Catch broken tracking, disapprovals, delivery problems, and budget issues early.
- Maintain a testing log documenting the hypothesis, change, result, and next decision.
- Deliver concise weekly reports explaining what happened, what you learned, and what you will do next.
- Document the processes and quality standards needed to grow the paid advertising division.
Required experience and skills
Paid media experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on paid media management, with demonstrable results on both Meta and YouTube.
- Experience generating leads for U.S. service businesses. Law firm experience is strongly preferred; other high-value service businesses are relevant.
- Direct responsibility for campaign decisions and budget management across multiple client accounts.
- Experience improving acquisition performance over multiple months and evaluating whether results hold as spending increases.
Meta advertising
- Strong Meta Ads Manager skills, including lead generation, website conversion campaigns, audience strategy, remarketing, and budget management.
- A structured approach to testing creative, offers, messaging, and landing-page performance.
- Ability to diagnose creative fatigue, poor lead quality, tracking issues, and declining acquisition efficiency.
- Practical experience validating Meta Pixel and Conversions API implementations.
YouTube advertising
- Strong YouTube advertising skills through Google Ads, including conversion-focused video campaigns, audience strategy, exclusions, bidding, and budget allocation.
- Ability to turn video content into direct-response advertising through stronger hooks, offers, messaging, and calls to action.
- Experience evaluating YouTube’s contribution to qualified leads and customer acquisition.
- Understanding of attribution limitations and the difference between video engagement and acquisition results.
Google Search advertising
- Hands-on experience with campaign structure, keyword intent, match types, negative keywords, and search-term analysis.
- Ability to manage geographic targeting, bidding, conversion goals, and budget allocation.
- Understanding of how Search can complement Meta and YouTube within a client’s acquisition strategy.
Measurement and reporting
- Practical proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs, conversion tracking, and CRM or call-tracking workflows.
- Experience connecting advertising activity to downstream outcomes, including qualified leads, consultations, and signed clients where data is available.
- Understanding of offline conversion tracking and feeding qualified lead outcomes back into advertising platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot standard tracking implementations and clearly specify when technical support is needed.
- Ability to distinguish platform-reported conversions from verified business outcomes without double-counting results across channels.
Communication and working arrangements
- Strong spoken and written English. You must be comfortable discussing strategy, presenting results, and evaluating English-language advertising.
- Based in Argentina, with reliable internet and at least four hours of overlap with U.S. Central business hours.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication.
- Sound judgment when working with client information, account access, and advertising policies.
Proof of performance is required
Please provide two case studies: at least one Meta campaign and one YouTube campaign that you personally managed.
For each case study, include:
- Business type, target market, and campaign objective.
- Campaign dates, duration, and vigente advertising spend.
- Starting performance or the relevant comparison baseline.
- Your exact responsibilities and the decisions you personally made.
- Results, including qualified leads, cost per qualified lead, consultations, acquisition cost, or revenue when available.
- How results were tracked and attributed.
- What did not work, what you changed, and what happened afterward.
We give preference to results sustained over several months. Please distinguish cold-audience acquisition from remarketing results and explain whether performance held as advertising spend increased.
Redacted screenshots, anonymized reports, and permission-based walkthroughs are welcome. Do not share confidential client information.
If downstream results were unavailable, explain that limitation clearly. Views, clicks, CTR, and raw lead volume alone will not establish acquisition performance.
What strong performance looks like
First 30 days
Understand the pilot clients, audit account access and measurement, establish baseline metrics, develop creative testing plans, and prepare or launch approved campaigns once tracking is verified.
By 60 days
Run structured creative and campaign tests, maintain reliable reporting,
and work with our team to improve lead quality and identify funnel problems. Communicate what is working, what is not, and where additional support is needed.
By 90 days
Present an evidence-based recommendation for each account: scale, continue testing, revise the offer or funnel, or stop an ineffective approach. Document repeatable processes and realistic account capacity to support expansion.
Account-specific performance targets will reflect each client’s budget, practice area, market conditions, baseline data, and intake performance.
We value ownership, accurate reporting, thoughtful experimentation, and early communication when something is wrong.
What makes this opportunity different
- An established agency serving U.S. law firms.
- An existing video production team to collaborate with.
- A focused initial account portfolio with staged expansion.
- The opportunity to influence our paid media processes, creative testing standards, and service delivery.
- A path into broader paid media leadership as results and the division develop.
Your core responsibility is paid media performance. Our production team handles video production and editing. Website development and advanced integrations will be scoped separately.
Compensation and opportunity to grow
We are looking for someone who wants to earn greater responsibility and higher compensation through demonstrated performance.
We offer USD compensation based on experience and verified results, with opportunities for base-pay increases and performance bonuses as you deliver consistent, measurable improvements for clients.
Performance will be evaluated using agreed account-specific targets, including:
- Qualified lead volume and cost per qualified lead.
- Booked consultations and client acquisition costs where reliable tracking is available.
- The ability to increase advertising spend while maintaining lead quality and acquisition efficiency.
- Consistent results across multiple accounts and reporting periods.
- Accurate tracking, budget discipline, and proactive account management.
We will establish performance targets together based on each client’s budget, market, baseline results, and intake process. Your first formal performance and compensation review will take place after 90 days, followed by quarterly reviews.
Compensation growth will reflect sustained results, the scope of accounts you successfully manage, and your contribution to building the paid advertising division. Strong performance can also create a path into paid media leadership.
Specific bonus terms and compensation adjustments will be agreed in writing. We want your earning potential to grow as the value you deliver grows.
Please include your expected monthly compensation and availability. Engagement terms and working hours will be agreed before an offer.
Our selection process
1. Application and case-study review: We evaluate your relevant experience, personal ownership, and evidence of results.
2. Case-study interview: Walk us through an authorized, redacted example and explain your decisions, attribution approach, and lessons learned.
3. Brief paid practical assessment: Complete a 60–90-minute exercise using a fictional or anonymized client scenario covering campaign strategy, creative testing, budget allocation, tracking, and lead quality.
4. Professional references: Finalists provide a former client or manager who can verify their responsibilities and performance.
