Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on QA Lead to lead quality engineering for a large-scale retail Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA activities across functional, automation, regression, performance, and production testing.
- Coordinate with client QA, engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
- Plan testing for features, integrations, promotions, payments, and releases.
- Lead and enhance Playwright + TypeScript automation.
- Manage JMeter performance/load testing and reporting.
- Oversee defects, test coverage, release readiness,
and QA metrics. - Support production releases and after-hours validation when required.
- Lead distributed QA teams and knowledge transfer.
Mandatory Skills
- QA leadership for large-scale e-commerce applications.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) testing or comparable commerce platform.
- Playwright + TypeScript
- TestRail & BrowserStack
- JMeter performance/load testing.
- API and end-to-end integration testing.
- Regression and production validation.
- GitLab or similar CI/CD tools.
- Agile/Scrum and distributed team leadership.
Preferred Skills
- Astound Commerce
- React/headless commerce
- Contentful
- Subscriptions, gift cards, loyalty, promotions, and payment testing.
- High-volume retail/peak-season experience.
