The role covers macOS and Windows, hardware and software troubleshooting, and user access management.
You will support laptops, desktops, printers, and collaboration tools across a mixed technology environment, working with Level 2 teams as needed.
On-site work in a multinational, AI-driven marketing context offers general exposure.
