Owner.com is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to lead LATAM hiring for customer-facing roles. You will own the process from intake to signed offer, sourcing, screening, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a great candidate experience.
You’ll work with a remote-first, general team, fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable with async collaboration across time zones, and able to scale recruiting for a fast-growing startup.
