Junior Paid Media & Marketing Automation Specialist
to join a growing digital marketing agency and support the execution, optimization, and analysis of performance campaigns.
What you'll do:
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
Execute Email Marketing campaigns
Build and optimize marketing automations
Segment databases and audiences
Analyze campaign performance and KPIs
Create reports and provide actionable insights
Identify opportunities for campaign improvements
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Agency experience
Google Ads and/or Meta Ads experience
Email Marketing experience
Experience with CRM platforms
Experience creating automation workflows
Strong analytical skills
Proactive mindset
