As a Sales and Operations Support Senior Analyst you will support sales and operational activities for internal firm services, helping translate business needs into coordinated actions across workstreams and deliverables.
As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned priorities, build stakeholder relationships, mentor junior team members, and navigate ambiguity while maintaining professional and technical standards within our Internal Firm Services practice.
In this role at PwC, you will contribute to reporting, process coordination, data review, and day‐to‐day support for a general client environment, while developing your understanding of the broader business context and strengthening your personal brand.
Responsibilities
Supporting sales and operations activities across brand management workstreams and coordinating deliverables for internal stakeholders
Analyzing requests, data, and workflow inputs to help shape marketing support activities and project priorities
Managing assigned tasks across planning, tracking, and reporting activities while keeping work organized and on schedule
Drafting client‐ready materials, status updates, and internal communications that reflect business goals and service needs
Reviewing work requests and identifying dependencies, gaps,



and potential issues before they affect delivery timelines
Applying marketing operations, project management, and resource management skills to support recurring business processes
Interpreting feedback from stakeholders and turning it into practical updates for campaigns, content, and support materials
Contributing to improvements in brand management activities by spotting ways to streamline processes and strengthen coordination
Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices
What You Must Have
2–4 years in Project mgmt or Alliance/operations support.
Sales enablement: Experience creating/writing executive‐ready materials (newsletters, playbooks, storytelling).
Digital Tools: MS suite.
Powerpoint & Excel advanced.
Oral and written proficiency in English required

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Advertising, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Communications, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric, Consumer Studies, Design, e‐Business, English Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Organizational Management, Public Relations
Demonstrating marketing operations support across internal service teams
Applying analytical thinking to sales and operations requests
Coordinating stakeholder engagement across multiple priorities
Using business writing and communication in client‐facing settings
Managing project tasks, timelines, and resource needs
