The Role
As our Product Manager, you’ll lead product discovery, strategy, definition, and prioritization across client engagements and internal initiatives. You’ll focus on defining what to build, why it matters, and how success will be measured, turning business opportunities into valuable, feasible, and actionable product solutions.
Working cross-functionally with Product Design, Technology, Creative, Commercial, and Operations, you’ll challenge assumptions and make sure every solution delivers measurable business value, in close partnership with Project Managers, who own execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead product discovery and scope definition with clients, identifying business objectives, user needs, value hypotheses, and success criteria.




• Act as a strategic product partner to clients, driving product definition, roadmaps, and prioritization.
• Define and manage roadmaps and backlogs, prioritizing by business value, user impact, technical feasibility, and effort.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Validate hypotheses through research, experimentation, and prototyping, iterating based on evidence.
• Define success metrics and product KPIs such as adoption, engagement, conversion, and business impact.
• Partner closely with Product Designers and Technology teams to align business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Identify product risks and dependencies early, and communicate decisions and trade-offs to clients and stakeholders.
• Support new business opportunities with discovery, scoping, estimation, and a clear value narrative.
