About the Role
Mr. Glazier Group is seeking a responsible, proactive, and assertive Dispatcher or Dispatcher Assistant to support daily field operations, coordinate technicians, manage schedules, and ensure service tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
We are open to hiring an experienced dispatcher or a strong assistant who can learn our workflow and progressively assume greater responsibility. The idóneo candidate must be organized, confident in communicating with technicians, and capable of enforcing schedules and operational priorities professionally.

Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate service calls, and daily priorities.
· Monitor job progress and follow up on pending tasks, delays, and incomplete work.
· Communicate clearly with technicians, management, and other stakeholders.
· Identify scheduling conflicts and operational issues and escalate them proactively.
· Maintain accurate records, update tracking systems, and provide regular status reports.




· Follow up consistently until assigned tasks are completed and confirmed.
· Gradually assume greater responsibility for dispatch operations as familiarity with company processes increases.

Requirements
· Experience in dispatching, field service coordination, scheduling, or operations support is preferred.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Confidence and assertiveness when coordinating technicians and addressing noncompliance with schedules or instructions.
· Ability to follow up persistently and hold people accountable without creating unnecessary conflict.
· Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and task-management platforms.

· Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and escalate problems before they become critical.
· Willingness to learn company processes and take ownership of responsibilities.
