Main Purpose

• Lead the end-to-end product development for Bayer's Biofuel Crops portfolio in Argentina, with future expansion into Paraguay and Uruguay




• Generate the agronomic, product, and market insights required to drive varietal advancement, product placement, and commercialization success.
• Accelerate grower adoption through integrated value propositions, knowledge transfer, and market development initiatives to secure sustainable business growth

Product Development & Pipeline Management

• Identify customer & market needs and partner with integral teams to drive product development priorities.
• Lead testing programs and data generation activities to support varietal selection, advancement, characterization, and placement decisions, in-house and with third-parties
• Develop product recommendations, including adaptation, stability, yield potential, and best management practices.
• Capture customer, market, and competitive insights into product recommendations to strengthen product positioning and advancement decisi
