The Role
As a Move-In Specialist, you own the handoff from signed lease to active resident. The Leasing team got the home loved.



Now you deliver the experience that turns a lease into a relationship.
You verify the home meets standards in person. Every appliance works. Every light is on. The carpets are fresh. The air is clean. Keys are rekeyed. Documentation is complete. Then you introduce the resident to the homeowner — not as a tenant, but as a carefully chosen person who will care for the home. The resident is positioned as a VIP, not a transaction.
After move-in, you execute the 30-day follow-up to ensure the resident feels settled. Any last-mile issues are resolved before they become complaints. Then you hand off a confident, informed resident to the Concierge team — not a confused one.
