Role Description The Aftermarket Sales Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for growing and managing sales of aftermarket products and services within OSW’s solar ecosystem. This role oversees the entire aftermarket sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, negotiating terms,



and closing deals with new and existing customers. The Aftermarket Sales Manager collaborates closely with internal teams such as operations, product, and customer success to ensure smooth delivery, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention. Day-to-day activities include analyzing market and customer data, managing key accounts, building strategic partnerships, and contributing to pricing and promotion strategies. The role also involves creating sales forecasts and reports, providing feedback to improve products and services, and ensuring alignment with OSW’s sustainability and innovation goals.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in aftermarket, renewable energy, or technology solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
