Your Team Responsibilities

Your Opportunity to Make an Impact

At MSCI, creativity plays a key role in how we connect with investors around the world. Our global Marketing organization is a dynamic, fast-evolving team dedicated to bringing MSCI's solutions, insights, and expertise to life through meaningful and impactful experiences.

At the heart of this is our Design Studio, where creativity meets strategy. We're the team behind MSCI's visual storytelling, shaping how our brand looks, feels, and connects with audiences across campaigns, digital platforms, events, and print. We combine bold thinking, thoughtful design, and exceptional craft to create work that makes complex ideas clear, engaging, and memorable.

As a Senior Designer, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact on a globally recognized brand. You'll lead exciting, high-profile creative projects from initial concept to final execution, bring fresh perspectives to our evolving visual identity, and develop compelling creative solutions that work seamlessly across multiple channels and touchpoints.

You'll be more than a designer executing briefs. You'll be a creative partner, a problem-solver, and a driving force behind how our brand comes to life. Working alongside talented colleagues across Marketing, Product, Research, Sales, PR, Digital, and Events, as well as external creative partners, you'll help turn ambitious ideas into cohesive, impactful brand experiences that engage audiences worldwide.

If you're passionate about great design, energized by creative challenges, and excited by the opportunity to shape the visual presence of a integral brand, this is a place where your ideas, expertise, and creativity can make a real difference.
