As a Talent Enablement Center - Compliance Specialist you will manage credential verification and maintain compliance with policies across various lines of service. As a Specialist you will provide specialized advice and support, handling operational tasks that enhance the recruiting lifecycle and improve compliance processes. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a dynamic environment,

Responsibilities
- Oversee the verification of credentials and compliance with policies
- Manage operational tasks to streamline the recruiting process
- Verify accuracy in data handling and validation using tools
- Address inquiries and provide support through the ticketing system
- Facilitate communication with employees regarding credential issues
- Monitor and manage seasonal and weekly operational processes
- Contribute to the enhancement of compliance procedures

What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
