En tant que représentant(e) bilingue de l'expérience client en télétravail, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel au sein de l’équipe Allegion. Vous fidéliserez la clientèle en offrant un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, un soutien sous garantie, un accompagnement avant l'achat, un soutien technique et une résolution efficace des problèmes. Ce rôle contribue à projeter une image positive de l'entreprise en offrant un service de qualité supérieure, en répondant à toutes les demandes de manière professionnel
