CS Outsource is looking for an experienced
Short-Term Rental (STR) Property Manager Virtual Assistant
to support US-based clients with the daily management and operations of vacation rentals and short-term rental properties.
The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience with
Airbnb, Vrbo, Guesty, Hostaway
, and other property management systems, along with strong skills in guest communication, maintenance coordination, and listing management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of
short-term rental (STR) properties
listed on
Airbnb, Vrbo
, and other booking platforms.
Handle
guest communication
, booking inquiries, check-in/check-out instructions, complaints, and guest concerns.
Manage
reservations, availability calendars, and listing updates
across multiple booking platforms.
Use
Guesty, Hostaway
, or similar property management systems to manage reservations and streamline daily operations.
Monitor
pricing, occupancy, and booking performance
to support revenue growth.
Coordinate
cleaning teams, maintenance vendors, and property inspections
between guest stays.
Resolve
guest issues, urgent maintenance requests, and operational escalations
promptly.
Maintain accurate property records, booking details, and operational documentation.
Communicate with
property owners
regarding property performance, maintenance, and operational updates.
Ensure properties are
guest-ready
and meet quality standards before check-in.
Monitor
guest reviews and feedback
and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
Follow established
standard operating procedures (SOPs)




and help improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in
STR property management or vacation rental operations
.
Hands-on experience with
Airbnb and Vrbo
.
Practical experience using
Guesty, Hostaway
, or similar property management systems.
Strong understanding of
guest relations, reservation management, and property operations
.
Experience coordinating
cleaning, maintenance, and property turnovers
.
Excellent written and verbal
English communication skills
.
Strong
organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
.
Ability to manage
multiple properties
and handle time-sensitive issues.
High attention to detail and a
guest-focused mindset
.
Ability to work independently in a
remote environment
.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with property management systems such as
Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Lodgify, or Hostfully
.
Familiarity with revenue management tools such as
PriceLabs or Beyond Pricing
.
Experience with
channel management, pricing optimization, and occupancy management
.
Knowledge of
vendor management, maintenance coordination, and owner reporting
.
Previous experience supporting
US-based property management companies
.
Working Hours
Full-time, aligned with
US business hours
.
